Designation Home Sales Officer – DST Hyderabad Department to Co-ordinate Sales/Mktg/Corp
Qualification Any degree, pref MBA Total Experience 2 – 15 yrs
Reporting to Channel Manager Place of work -----
Desired Skills:

Any degree or diploma with 2 – 20 yrs of experience from Real Estate Sales, hardworking, able to generate leads on their own. Willing to work in Freelancing, work from home option. This is not a full time job opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Any degree or diploma with 2 – 20 yrs of experience from Real Estate Sales, hardworking, able to generate leads on their own.

  1. Attends Weekly Brief and Plans the targets and gets trained on Product
  2. Give list of contacts and leads generated so far
  3. Make calls to each lead and generate prospect
  4. Plans and Makes Home Visits to Prospects and makes presentation
  5. Send plan of the day , each day morning
  6. Call Channel Manager and give feedback , whenever home visit is done
  7. Takes Help for Channel Manager and organises a Site Visit
  8. Give DSR with List of Prospects, Home Visits done and SV planned
  9. Assigns his Prospective SV to his managers and follow ups on closures.
  10. Once closure confirmed , completes the other formalities and gets all required documents
