Designation Sr. Sales Manager ROT Department to Co-ordinate Sales/Mktg/Corp
Qualification Any degree, pref MBA Total Experience 8 – 12 yrs
Reporting to AGM Sales/VP Sales Place of work -----
Desired Skills:
Any degree with 8 – 12 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential Sales) and in Insurance or Banking industry who has handled the Telangana and AP Region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Able to tie-up Channel Partners both Real Estate and Business Partners (business people who are in other than real estate business wanted to become as CP) across Telangana and AP.
  2. Able to generate leads/ customers in all districts of Telangana other than Hyderabad.
  3. Have good connection in Telangana/AP region of individual channel partners in real estate/business owners etc
  4. Shall be responsible for strategizing the lead generation activities on a monthly/quarterly basis & execute them in the ROT
  5. Must be result oriented with excellent communication and team management skills.
  6. Willingness to travel across Telangana.
  7. Shall ensure to achieve the monthly targets on lead generation, walk-ins and sales closure.
  8. Co-ordinate with Sales Heads for various site visits.
  9. Able to generate good number of sales through this vertical.
  10. Maintain & send a weekly report on all activities to the management.

The above roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks assigned from time to time.
