  • Project Phase I is expected to get completed within 36 months as stipulated in the RERA agreement.
  • We are in the Pre-Launch phase and the price that we are offering is really the best. The price for pre-launch is Rs 4,250 which would be for the first 75 units and would subsequently be increased.
  • Booking AMOUNT : Rs. 2.50 lac for 2 BHK and 3 Lac for 3 BHK
  • A PDC for the balance of the 20% of the Basic price of the apartment needs to be paid within 21 days to complete the Sale agreement.
  • Balance to be paid as per the Construction Linked Payment Plan.
  • Once Booking form is signed and confirmed, Cancellation & Refund Policy would be applicable as per the RERA rules. 10% of the Apartment cost will be deducted as cancellation fee.
  • The price that we are offering is the Pre- Launch pricing which is extremely attractive given all that you are getting in the project; hence we really do not have any scope to offer any more price benefits.
  • The ground water table around Ameenpur lake is very good and hence there is adequate water available
  • No, we do not provide RO. There will be a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in the community to soften the water.
  • We will provide 100% power backup for all external infrastructures and 1 KVA for each house
  • Yes the project follows all firefighting norms set by the NBC & we have the NOC from Fire department for the same.
  • Yes, there are many reputed schools in the vicinity, such as:

  • The Project would be managed by Urbanrise for the First 2 years and then handed over to the Owners Association.

  • Upgrading to a larger unit is possible only before the Sale Agreement is completed.
  • Delay charges will be applicable as per the RERA provisions. The project is RERA registered and hence governed by the terms and conditions of RERA.
  • As per RERA , the delay charges would be SBI PLR Rates + 2 %.
  • Plans are frozen from our side and are approved by HMDA and RERA, hence no changes would be there.

  • NO, every unit will have only one car park and we will not be able to allot a second car park.
  • There are no car parks assigned for 1 BHK and Smaller 2 BHK units. Only 2 wheeler parking would be available.
