MBA with 4 - 9 yrs of experience in Non-IT Hiring, preferably real estate, infra, construction industries. - Can be from consultancy background. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the HR/Senior Leadership to execute the hiring plan, sourcing right candidates keeping quality in mind and as per the JD/business requirements.
  • Identify key sourcing channels; and maintain a network of top talent through the use of primary and secondary research methods.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies, effective research, networking, head hunting, college alumni channel, agency recruiting, leveraging relevant social media, Boolean searches, market mapping, industry mapping and employee referrals.
  • Able to achieve/close the positions allotted as per the target time given by business/HR.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Track candidate process and minimize time to hire (Resume (CV) to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline.
  • Build prospective candidates data base and always have a track of call candidates processed for interviews, offer, selected candidates details recorded in MS Excel Tracker.
  • Working on improving the recruitment process by finding the bottlenecks and reducing the TAT
  • Continually engages with hiring managers and BU/location leadership to understand the recruiting business needs, schedule interviews, rigorous follow up for feedback and by hook or crook to close the position.
  • Responsible for quality of the prospective candidates that are presented to the hiring managers for open requisitions.
  • Track key recruiting metrices (e.g. time-to-hire and quality of hire) and analyzes hiring process using data to make decisions and optimize hiring results to support business and talent goals
  • Ensuring high offer to join ratio by ensuring excellent candidate experience and post-offer engagements.
  • Manage candidate applicant tracking ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements according to company policy.
  • Ensure best practices of on-boarding and orientation to all new joining staff.
  • Responsible for preparing orientation/training plan for new joinees and executing it.
  • Ensure all the resources are in place for the new joinee, viz laptop, ID Card, Visiting Card, work station arrangements etc.
  • Provide recruiting status updates to HR Head, Business Heads, performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues etc.
  • Working collaboratively with Corporate HR in providing joinees details, recruitment MIS etc
  • Working closely with the HR team for any other support required by HR/Admin functions time to time.
