Qualification Any Degree Total Experience 4-8 yrs
Reporting to Sales Leader Place of work Chennai
Desired Skills:

  • 4 - 8 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales. OR Hardcore-Sales experience from other Industry.
  • Strong experience in direct sales.
  • Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
  • Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
  • Should have strong experience in sales closure.
  • Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients' needs - preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 
  1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  3. Should guide the team in following the company’s policy, system, software & reports etc.
  4. Updating all necessary information in the ERP
  5. Delivering reports to the Management
  6. Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
  7. Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
  8. Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
  9. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
