Reporting to City Head - Hyderabad Place of work Hyderabad
Desired Skills:

  • Total 15+ years experience and atleast 5 years experience in Real Estate of which – “minimum 3 years experience in Hyderabad Real Estate market”
  • Able to achieve the targets month on month
  • Excellent Communication with Leadership Skills
  • Must be a go-getter and has a track record of managing large teams and large volume sales
  • Must have been with a real estate organisation which has large volume of product (over 3,000 to 5,000 homes for sale at a point)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
  2. Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
  3. Responsible for entire projects Team Targets and manage Managers & entire sales team effectively
  4. Able to achieve month on month sales targets
  5. Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management
  6. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  7. Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
  8. Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
  9. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
  10. Good people management skills
  11. Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  12. Able to train /mentor /coach and make his team perform
