  1. Must have 2 years experience in out bound calling/product sales.
  2. Preferably from Real Estate industry or any industry with outbound selling (calling) experience.
  3. Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment.
  4. Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes.
  5. Should have very good convincing skills.
  6. Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
  • To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis.
  • Convert leads to Customer site visits.
  • To explain our projects in details to the customers.
  • To answer customer queries promptly.
  • Able to co-ordinate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
  • Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
  • Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
  • Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc.
  • Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances.
