Any degree with 5+ years experience in out bound calling/product sales. Preferably from Real Estate industry or any industry with outbound selling (calling) experience.

5+ year hard core Tele-sales experience in Out bound calls (product selling) Preferably from Real Estate industry Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes Should have very good convincing skills Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.    To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target. 2.    To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis 3.    Convert leads to Customer site visits 4.    To explain our projects in details to the customers 5.    To answer customer queries promptly 6.    Able to co-ordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers. 7.    Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required. 8.    Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product. 9.    Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc
